Raytheon
awarded intelligence system contract
by the Massachusetts State Police

Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) and Knowledge Computing
Corporation have been awarded a contract to provide the
intelligence management system for the Massachusetts
State Police criminal information section and
anti-terrorism unit, also known as the Commonwealth
Fusion Center.
Valued at $2.2 million, the contract includes
customization and tailoring of software, integration of
document imaging and management capabilities,
installation, training, and options for four years of
follow-on support and software maintenance.

intelligence sharing are critical to the security of our
nation and the citizens of the Commonwealth,” said
Governor Mitt Romney. “The proven technology and
expertise Raytheon and Knowledge Computing Corporation
bring to the Fusion Center will make Massachusetts’
program a national model of success.”

Raytheon will provide software, integration services,
installation, training, and follow-on support. Knowledge
Computing Corporation will provide its critically
acclaimed, crime-solving and analytical intelligence
software known as COPLINK® under subcontract to
Raytheon. Work will be performed in Falls Church, Va.

military and government customers in the past, providing
a strong set of technical and program management skills
to ensure the success of this program. Raytheon’s
