The COPLINK Consultants Network consists of several veteran professionals who have served in a variety of senior positions at city, state, and federal levels. This team understands both the importance of using technology to solve crimes faster as well as how to successfully do it!

Bob Fund, COPLINK Product Manager, is a specialist in merging solid police procedures with knowledge management technologies to solve crimes faster.

As Technology Project Manager at Tucson Police Department Bob was instrumental in garnering NIJ funding for the initial COPLINK® project. Bob brings with him a long and distinguished career as a Tucson Police Department officer where he attained the rank of Lieutenant.

Bob Pence, COPLINK Sales Consultant, is an expert on security related topics in both the public and private sectors.

Bob is the former long-time FBI Agent In Charge of the Rocky Mountain Region headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Bob currently speaks professionally on security related topics including workplace violence and corporate security. He serves on the Law Enforcement Liaison Council of ASIS, which focuses on bringing together public law enforcement and private security agencies. In addition, he is the Vice Chair of the Colorado Juvenile Justice Council and served as National Chair of the Coalition of Juvenile Justice in 2000.
